We delivered the complete interior and architectural work for this landmark venue, including its auditorium, convention halls and landscaping. Our scope also covered the full sound system, CCTV, lighting, and the supply and installation of furniture and accessories.

Joltorongo, Cox's Bazar

Hospitality and leisure interiors

IGNIVA handled the complete interior design and architectural work for Joltorongo, including the swimming pool area, restaurant and convention hall ceilings. We also supplied and installed the paint, furniture, accessories and appliances.

CSD Tower, Dhaka

Vertical transportation and building services

For CSD Tower, we supplied and installed the building’s core mechanical and electrical systems: lifts, escalators, a fresh air system for the toilet zones, a 1068-ton VRF HVAC system and 500 KVA generators.

Jolshiri Golf Club, Dhaka

Sports and clubhouse interiors

We delivered the complete interior design and architectural work for the club, covering the restaurant, convention hall ceilings, locker room and hitting bay. We also supplied and installed the paint, furniture, kitchen equipment, accessories and appliances.

Academic building construction

Landscape design, civil works and public amenities

Full design and construction of the Patenga Landscaping and Beautification Project in Chittagong. The work covered civil and soil work, a waterbody canal, a boat club, a mosque and a restaurant. It also included retaining walls, roads, sidewalks, railings, street lights, landscaping and lighting work, along with other associated works.
